2023 Holiday Party
Dec 9 Habersham Thumbs Up
Antique & Classic Car Show
WOW !! A total of 41 Dreamers vehicles (a club record), with the help of BCSO Deputies departed Enmark station to participate in the Thumbs Up charity car show. Without a doubt we were blessed with "Chamber of Commerce" weather.
The following Dreamers took home awards: Will Stephens, Rick Rodriguez (best of show), Ken Geraghty, Dan DelAcqua, Scott Kody, Nick Monroe and Ted Lucas.
Rincon Chevrolet Veteran's Military Appreciation Day Car Show Sunday November 5, 2023
Ten Dreamers caravanned to Rincon Chevrolet Veteran's Military Appreciation Day Car Show and 2 came home with trophies. Congrats to Ken Geraghty (2nd best) and Will Stephens (best in show) as judged by VFW members.
HH Concours Car Club Showcase Saturday November 4, 2023
Ten members represented Carolina Dreamers at the Concours. Congratulations to Award Winners: Joey Mucia, Dan DelAcqua, Ken Geraghty, Ted Lucas, Brian Behrendt and Tony Munshi (top corvette 1997-2003).
Rick Hendricks Heritage Center Tour, Concord North Carolina October 25, 2023
22 CD Members and their guests went on a private tour of Rick Hendricks 58,000 square foot Heritage Center. The Heritage Center houses 220 collector cars of which 122 of them are corvettes. Including thirty-one (31) 1967 models, Ricks favorite year. The Heritage Center also houses replicas of Hendricks hometown buildings, including City Chevrolet; the volunteer fire department; Dairy Queen, and Papa Joe Hendrick’s country store.
In addition, Dreamers visited the Hendrick Museum and gift shop and watched a pit crew practice session.

Savannah Mustang Club 34th Annual Mustang Fall Classic Open Car Show
Oct 14th
We had nine Dreamers participate in the Savannah Mustang Club's 34th annual fall car and truck show. Well over 100 cars, trucks and hotrod coupes. Dreamers took home eight trophies.

20 Dreamers attended the Car Show and took home 13 of the top 25 awards!
Harbour Town Fall Fest Sept 24, 2023
Members Rick & Nancy Manning were the recipients at the Good Guys Nationals event in Columbus, OH of the Barry Lobeck Memorial award.
Barry was one of the most prestigious hot rod builders in Ohio. Rick said Barry's son, Derrick chose their 1932 Ford 3 window coupe for the award because "that's the way his father would have built it".

Praise Assembly Fathers Day Show

A big THANKS to the Dreamers. We had approximately 15 members with 12 vehicles caravanning to Beaufort on a hot/humid Father's Day.
Once again we took home some hardware: Joey Mucia, Ron Nelson and daughter (in separate vehicles), and Gary Moulton.
Once Again A Carolina Dreamers member shines at the Savannah Concurs Weekend - at The Landings Club, June 16-18, 2023
Our very own, Howard had the honor of taking 1st place in the 2000-2010 Import category with his 2009 Jaguar XJ8. He is quite an expert when it comes to Jaguars and what a fine piece of glassware he took home in his award winning car. Nice job Howard !!!
Savannah Classic Auction

Caring Hearts of SC Show
at Camping World - May 6th
We had a total of (23) cars, trucks, and jeep caravan to Ridgeland under threatening skies.
The "rain gods" were good to all, and the rain stayed away. Well over 200 entrants in the event for charity and again, the Carolina Dreamers showed their strength with winning numbers.
A total of nine Dreamers walked away with hardware, evidence that we've got some NICE vehicles. Breakdown is as follows: (3) 1st place awards in: Trucks, 30s and Jeeps and (6) Top 5 awards in the following categories: (2) for Trucks, (2) for 60s and (1) each for 50s and 70s.
Bloom @ Belfair, Bluffton. Dreamers Classic Car Display May 4th
Plenty of smiles on the residents of Bloom @ Belfair and Carolina Dreamers who displayed their vehicles.
May River High School 1st Annual Car Show
April 29th
WOW: A total of (23) Dreamers cars/rods/jeep caravaned to the HS to participate in the first annual car show to benefit the automotive section of the HS.
Once again, the Dreamers dominated by taking home (11), maybe (12) of the top fifteen awards. We lost count as the Dreamers members were called out. Not enough, though, as our VP Steve McCaskey (in addition to his top 15) also took home the People's Choice award for the "HI RISE JEEP". Nice job, Steve !!
